We started Ziphii with a simple belief: work shouldn’t feel fragmented.

Yet today, people and businesses juggle dozens of apps — wasting time switching between tools instead of getting things done.

At Ziphii, we’re building the operating system for digital work and life — a multi-sided platform that unifies apps, automation, identity, and AI into one seamless hub.

We call it Software-as-an-Experience (SaaX). Instead of relying on 10+ scattered SaaS tools, individuals, businesses, and communities can run everything in one place.

Our modular apps — including Site, CRM, Messaging, Meetings, Notes, File Storage, and Calendar — are all interconnected through shared identity and automation. We call these apps Zeaps.

For teams that need more, there’s Flow, our no-code builder that transforms data into entirely new apps — from customer portals to event systems — in minutes.

A key differentiator of Ziphii is our AI-native design. Instead of bolting AI on as an afterthought, we embed it through digital workers called Zeons. Each Zeap has its own supporting Zeons:

In Meet, a Zeon can record, transcribe, and summarize meetings.

In Notes, another aggregates insights from multiple LLMs.

In People, one can draft follow-ups or surface warm introductions.

Beyond this, Ziphii empowers users with a Bring-Your-Own-AI (BYO-AI) approach, letting you connect your own OpenAI, Claude, or other model credentials.

This ensures privacy, flexibility, and choice — AI in Ziphii isn’t generic; it’s tailored to your needs and your data.

As we prepare to launch, we’re proud to call The Bradfield Centre our home. More than just a workspace, it has connected us to a vibrant community of entrepreneurs, researchers, and mentors whose energy inspires us to turn bold ideas into real-world platforms that help people and businesses thrive in the digital economy.
