Harvesting change: Finance for food systems

1st May 2025 | 17:00 - 20:00 Visit event website

Barclays welcomes you to the final event in the 'Unlocking the transition' series. We'll be spotlighting cities leading the charge in developing innovative, place-based approaches to delivering a lower-carbon economy. This series of events will culminate in our inaugural UK Sustainable Finance Conference on Wednesday, 4 June in London.

Cambridge, a leader in Agritech innovation, is uniquely positioned to drive the transformation of food systems. This event will delve into how the city is reshaping the future of food, and the pivotal role that sustainable finance plays in advancing cutting-edge technologies, reducing food waste, and building resilient, carbon-efficient supply chains.

This event, in partnership with our Bradfield Centre Eagle Lab, features insights from industry experts and local community innovators which will explore actionable pathways to assist with moving toward a more equitable and sustainable food system that could benefit both people and the planet.
