Our presenter, once again, is Matheus Guimaraes, Senior Developer Advocate at AWS.
For folks who came to the 2024 re:Cap meeting, Matheus will be no stranger. Manic, engaging, and very knowledgeable about all things AWS, he turned our last meeting into a gameshow, with the new re:Invent announcements as prizes. This year...who knows? All we know is it'll be entertaining and informative by turns.
The venue is, of course, the Bradfield Centre, on the Cambridge Science Park. We'll have access to over 70 parking spaces. Very many thanks to Lil Allen for helping arrange the date!
Feel free to arrive from 6:30pm. The rough order of events (with very approximate timings) is:
- 6:30 - Doors open
- 7:00 - Parish notices, introductions and emergency information
- 7:10 - Start of re:Cap
- 8:00 - Break
- 8:10 - re:Cap continues
- 9:00 - End of talk. Time to mingle
- 9:15 (probably) - Chucking-out time
