23rd January 2025 | 17:30 - 21:00 Visit event website

The Trinity Bradfield Prize returns for 2024/25, the sixth edition of the competition.

One of the most popular science & technology competitions running at The University of Cambridge, the previous editions of the prize have attracted more than 350 applications with £90,000 awarded in non-dilutive prize money. Several of our alumni have gone on to raise significant funding and gain selection for other prestigious Cambridge Entrepreneurship programs, like Founders From The University of Cambridge.

The Trinity Bradfield Prize is open for applications from any Cambridge student/researcher keen to pursue early-stage tech ideas and commercialise their research. Undergraduates, postgraduates and early career researchers at Cambridge are encouraged to apply. At least one team member needs to be a member of the University of Cambridge.

All finalists will enjoy a 3 month program of relevant mentoring and complimentary membership of the state-of-the-art Bradfield Centre, the leading entrepreneurial hub in the region.

The winners will be announced on the night by Sir Gregory Winter who is best known for developing new classes of antibody-based drugs to treat cancer and auto-immune diseases, which have revolutionised the pharmaceutical industry. Sir Gregory was awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 2018. The full judging panel can be viewed here.
