Many University of Cambridge Students and Researchers value the unique opportunities startups offer and are eager to work in smaller, more agile environments where they can take on broader roles and gain more responsibility early in their careers.
The University of Cambridge Careers Service is here to support you in engaging with and hiring our students. Our brand new SME Information Hub provides SME employers with valuable advice on the different services we offer to help you raise your profile with our students. All of these services are either available free of charge or heavily discounted for SMEs.
Whether you want to exhibit at one of our careers fairs, participate in one of the many employer events that we run throughout the year or need advice on how to improve your response rate for vacancies: we’re here to support you.
